Thank you for purchasing tickets. Please review our refund rules:
1. No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds/exchanges, except as outlined below.
2. Show Cancellations
- If we cancel a show, you will receive a full refund within 7–10 business days after providing account details.
3. Postponed Shows
Tickets remain valid for rescheduled dates.
If unsuitable, contact us within 5 days for a refund.
4. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Refunds are not available for missed or late arrivals.
5. Force Majeure
In unforeseen events (natural disasters, restrictions, emergencies), refunds/credits are case-specific.
